We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new Glasgow office at Ground Floor, Wellington Place, 107 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2BA, a space that represents more than just a change of location. It’s a new chapter in our evolution, designed to foster collaboration, support early careers, and bring us closer to our clients, all while attracting the best talent.  

Here’s why this new office is so much more than a change of location. 

A vibrant, forward-looking space 

For 10 years, our former office at 18 Blythswood Square served us well, but as we evolved, and added new consultancy services and expanded the team, we began to outgrow the space. The new office, therefore, is a significant step forward with a spacious layout spanning over 2,700 sq. ft, with 24 workstations and the ability to expand further, we’re ready for the next decade and beyond. 

Enhanced collaboration and growth 

One of the key features of the new space is its bespoke floorplan, designed with growth and collaboration in mind. The open-plan layout, break out areas, and larger, increased number of meeting spaces foster a collaborative atmosphere that enhances our ability to offer our multiservice solutions. The space facilitates creative teamwork, while also offering clients an inviting space to meet and attend events. 

A hub for early careers and talent 

The new office is also perfectly positioned to champion young professionals and early careers. Two new starters have already joined us with more joining later this year, supporting our growth and bringing in fresh perspectives. Our new location is in the heart of Glasgow, close to the main shopping district, cafes, pubs, and transport links, ideal for attracting top talent, and making it easy for new team members to thrive in a vibrant and dynamic environment. 

Wellbeing and work life balance 

We’re also committed to the wellbeing of our team, with a range of new amenities to encourage a healthy work-life balance. The office features improved welfare facilities, better bathrooms, and even a basement gym and fitness studio complete with a sauna – great for keeping morale and our team’s physical and mental health high. 

Prime location for clients and events 

Our new location within Glasgow’s central business district makes us more accessible than ever to clients. With easy access to Queen Street and Central stations, we encourage visitors to drop by. Plus, the office includes three meeting rooms and a large space that can be transformed into a conference room for up to 40 people, ideal for hosting talks, events, and networking opportunities. It’s the perfect venue for client parties, team events, and celebratory gatherings with drinks and cupcakes (stay tuned for what we have in store). 

Sustainability and responsibility  

Sustainability is at the core of our new office setup. The building boasts an EPC rating of A, and is part of a comprehensive refurbishment project. We’ve avoided waste and have reused office booths and donated unwanted items. Our IT equipment will also be repurposed, ensuring we minimise our environmental footprint.

Located in a modern commercial building, our new office offers excellent facilities for staff. Featuring a new glazed feature entrance, and by 24/7 access to the new space is ideal for staff looking to stay fit and healthy. We’re excited about the potential this space offers for our long-term growth.
