We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Paula Gonzalez as regional managing director for Europe as we accelerate our growth strategy and deepen our commitment to delivering best-in-class service to clients across the region.

Effective 1 July, Paula joins Hollis’ management board to lead our European operations, overseeing performance, client delivery and business development across key markets. Based in Madrid, she brings over 15 years’ experience in real estate and construction, is multilingual and has a proven track record in portfolio, programme and project management across EMEA.

Prior to joining Hollis, Paula held leadership roles at real estate advisory firm JLL and private equity group Gloval Real Estate, where she advised a diverse range of institutional investors and global corporates on capital programmes, asset optimisation and ESG implementation. She is a Chartered project management professional (MRICS), is a registered architect (RIBA, ARB) and has an MBA with extensive expertise across sectors including office, retail, mixed-use and logistics.
